Digital Post

Step-by-step guide on how to make an enquiry via Digital Post on borger.dk.

Go to Borger.dk and log on with your MitID and do as follows:

Scroll down to the bottom of the site and choose “Sprog/Language: English”

  • Go to Digital Post 
  • Choose ”New message” in the top left corner
  • Now you have to choose authority - choose ”State authories”
  • Choose "Uddannelses- og Forskningsstyrelsen"
  • Choose the subject category, that fits your enquiry 
  • When you have written your mail, click “Send”

It is possible to upload up to 50 MB pr. mail.

Get Digital Post

If you are not already registered for Digital Post via LifeInDenmark.dk, you need to register. You will recieve important information about your SU through Digital Post.

Exemption from Digital Post does not apply to messages about SU

Some citizens have been exempted from communicating with the public sector in Denmark via Digital Post. However, this does not apply to messages regarding SU. Due to other legislation, you will receive messages regarding SU via Digital Post.
